The proposed interior landscaping for lot 1 is 232 sq. ft. short of the 1,290 sq. ft. required. The proposed landscape strip width along the western perimeter of lot 1 is 10 feet below the 25 feet required by the Highway 10 Overlay District Ordinance. i.
