RESOLUTION NO. 12,316
A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO DUNCAN &
ASSOCIATES FOR CONSULTING SERVICES TO PREPARE A
STREET DEVELOPMENT FEE REPORT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, concerns have been expressed regarding the effectiveness of the
current Boundary Street Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, in 2005 the Board of Directors directed the City Manager to
investigate other potential systems that would allow development of streets through a
system of fees; and
WHEREAS, Duncan & Associates responded to an RFP and was selected to
providing consulting services and prepare a report on such a system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to award a contract and
execute an agreement with Duncan & Associates for consulting services to prepare a
report on a Street Development Fee system.
Section 2. Funding for City share of the project is available from 100 6500 6081.
Professional services contract ceiling amount for this agreement is $99,750.
Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its adoption.
