STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
The applicant proposes to construct a room addition onto the
rear of his existing house. The hardship issue is the
location of the existing structure and its configuration.
The lot, while large by present standards, does not have a
depth as great as would be expected for the existing lot
width of 1351. Staff recommends approval.
BOARD ACTION:
The applicant was present, and there were no objectors.
After a brief discussion, the Board moved to approve the
