Staff recommends approval.

uses on -street parking. The argument centered around the
fact that the applicant would be required to extend Berry
Street in order to provide access to his proposed
development. The extension of Berry Street will eliminate,
or at least move the present stub end which is being used

It was explained that the applicant would be required to
provide off-street parking for his development, and that it
was unfair to penalize the applicant for a problem which he
had no part in creating. After a lengthy discussion, the
Commission moved to approve the application as filed. The
motion passed - 7 ayes, 3 noes, 1 absent.
