West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of said S'd} of the SE1, and run thence
North 0 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds West along the center line of a
county road (60 foot right of way) for a distance of 933.93 feet; thence
North 39 degrees 22 minutes 30 seconds East for a distance of 30 feet
to the point of beginning; thence North 0 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds
West for a distance of 298.02 feet; thence South 39 degrees 35 minutes
36 seconds East for a distance of 751.45 feet; thence North 0 degrees
04 minutes 44 seconds East for a distance of 30 feet to a point on the
North line of said S.J; of the SE',, of Section 21; thence South 39 degrees
35 minutes 36 seconds East for a distance of 465.35 feet to a point on
the Vest ri:;ht of way line of Rodney Parham Road, said point also being
the point of curvature of a ?.000437 degree curve to the right, said
curve having a radius of 1909.5-5 feet, -a tan*7ent of 124.44 feet and an
Internal angle of 7 degrees 27 minutes 26 seconds; thence southwesterly
along said curve to the right for a distance of 243.53 feet to the
point of tangency thereof; thence South 44 degrees 22 minutes 50
seconds :Jest along the West right of way line of Rodney Parham Road for
a distance of 329.21 feet; thence North 45 degrees 37 minutes 10
seconds West for a distance of 660.13 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 12.391 acres, more or less.
