'To allow a one-year extension for the submission of the
final development plan/plat.
STAFF REPORT:
This item is in regards to the Snider Corporation "PCD"
Development which was approved by the Little Rock Planning
Commission and the City Board by the adoption of an
ordinance on April 6, 1983. The applicant is requesting
that a one-year extension for the submission of the final
development plan/plat be granted. From April 6, 1983, due
to the ongoing litigation over the financing of another
hotel/motel project in the City by the issuance of the
tourism bonds by the municipality, the Snider project has
been postponed.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the request.
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Approval, as filed. The vote - 3 ayes, 0 noes, 1 absent,
1 open position.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
Mr. Bill Terry, the applicant, and Mr. Ted Snider, the
owner, were present. A motion was made and passed for
approval. The vote - 11 ayes, 0 noes, 0 absent.
