Staff has reviewed each of these applications and has found

provisions of the Ordinance. Staff recommends their
approval.

PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
On Item No. Z-3813, the applicant had requested deferral of
this item to the April 27 Planning Commission meeting. The
Commission moved to approve that deferral: 8 ayes, 0 noes

by the Planning Commission, the vote was 8 ayes, 0 noes and
3 absent.
