This request is for the purpose of downzoning property which was reclassified to accommodate a Planned Residential Development which could not be completed due to economic conditions. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The applicant was present, and there were no objectors. After a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve the application as filed. The motion passed - 10 ayes, 0 noes and 1 absent.
