STAFF ANALYSIS:
Several years ago, the City rezoned the area in question to
its current status and now the owner has filed a request to
reclassify the land back to the original zoning
configuration. The proposed rezoning action is very minor
and staff supports the reclassifications. There are no
outstanding issues and the rezoning changes will not have
any measurable effect on the surrounding property.

Staff recommends approval of the rezoning as requested.

The applicant was present. There were no objectors and the
item was placed on the consent agenda. A motion was made to
recommend approval of the "MF -18" and "0-2" rezoning as
filed. The motion passed by a vote of 11 ayes, 0 nays and
0 absent.
