PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS
No adverse comments have been received from any reviewing
agency regarding this application. The requested zoning
does not conform with the adopted Heights/Hillcrest plan
which shows this area for residential use. All of the
nonresidential properties along Kavanaugh have a front door
relationship with Kavanaugh. This property does not and it
is within a block which is strongly committed to residential
use.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends denial.
