ORDINANCE NO. 19,413
3 AN ORDINANCE TO DISSOLVE ASHLEY GLENN MUNICIPAL
4 MULTI - PURPOSE PROPERTY OWNERS IMPROVEMENT
5 DISTRICT NO. 640 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 19,288, dated February 15, 2005, the Little Rock
9 Board of Directors established the Ashley Glenn Municipal Multi- Purpose Property
10 Owners Improvement District No. 640 of Little Rock, Arkansas.
11 WHEREAS, the commissioners of the district, by unanimous vote, have
12 determined that the district should be dissolved and in furtherance thereof have filed
13 with the City Clerk their resolution acknowledging the following:
14 A. Their decision is unanimous among the district's board of commissioners;
15 B. There is no longer a need for the district;
16 C. There are no debts or other claims against the district;
17 D. There are no assessments levied against the lands in the district;
18 E. There are no funds or other assets belonging to the district.
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
20 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
21 Section 1. Dissolution. The Ashley Glenn Municipal Multi - Purpose Property
22 Owners Improvement District No. 640 of Little Rock, Arkansas, incorporating the real
23 property described in Attachment "A" hereto is hereby dissolved and its board of
24 commissioners discharged from further responsibility as commissioners.
25 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item,
26 sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid

or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same
that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the
extent of such inconsistency.
Section 5. Emergency Clause. There is hereby declared to be an existing
emergency in that there is an immediate need for the dissolution of the district to secure
the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Little Rock, Arkansas, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
