19401ORDINANCE NO. 19,401 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED OFFICE DISTRICT TITLED BRIARWOOD ANIMAL HOSPITAL REVISED SHORT -FORM PD -O (Z- 6164 -B), LOCATED AT 8422 KANIS ROAD, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 18,075 AND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 18,075 adopted by the Little Rock Board of Directors on August 3, 1999 be amended to provide for modification of the Planned Zoning Development described as Briarwood Animal Hospital Revised Short-form PD -O (Z- 6164 -B); SECTION 2. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PD -O to Revised PD -O: Lots 1 and 2 Michael's Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. SECTION 3. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Briarwood Animal Hospital Revised Short-form PD -O (Z- 6164 -B) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section I hereof. SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the plan. SECTION 7. Severability.
