We once again failed to have a quorum at our June meeting until fate into the meeting.
Several options were discussed regarding the ongoing problem with attendance and failure
to notify us it one cannot attend.
In an attempt to try an hina that could help attendance, two recommendations were made
and Jim Goodhart has graciously placed these in the form of amendments to our Bylaws
which are attached.
The first recommendation is to change the meeting date and time to
8:00 a.m., on the first Thursday of each month
The second recommendation is to change the attendance policy which is outlined on the
attached.
PLEASE NOTE: We will have a special meeting to Thursday, July 8 at 8:00 a.m
in the Board room. This will take the place of our regularly
scheduled July meeting.
