arnendr-nan s to several aections of the By -Laws pgrtrxirring to our monthly meeting time and
attendance by commission members.
l am listing below each of the relevant By -Laws in their current form, followed by the proposed
amendment.

himself from three (3) consecutive meetings a year shall be deemed to have
resigned as a.marnbor of the City gaoutiful Commission.
Proposed Amendment
SECTION 3. Any member of the City Beautiful Commission who shall be
absent, without prior excuse, from tvm (Z consecutive regularly scheduled

Commission. A member's absence shall be excused if the member communicates
