has been two meetings with the consultant for

some additional needs. The consultant has taken
the plans back to the drawing board to see how to
solve some of these deficiencies. There has not

plans, but it should be held about two weeks and
at that time the City Beautiful Commissions
representative will be contacted. Also at that
meeting fund raising will be discussed.
V. Lighting Contest Update - Joe Robbins passed out
information that he would like for all of the
commissioners to go over and he would like to
discuss it at the next meeting. Things that were
discussed at this meeting was the way to get
information out to the public. The public
relations work needs to be started fairly early.
There may need to be a brief description of each
entry attached to the entry form.

form and it was decided to bring this and other
items up at the next meeting after all of the

and has had a chance to go over it.

would like to be involved with this commission
because she sees this commission as a very
important one and one that could be a very
effective commission for the city.
