3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
4 A CONTRACT WITH FUSUS, LLC, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
5 ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED
6 THIRTY-SEVEN DOLLARS ($128,937.00), PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES
7 ABD FEES, TO PURCHASE A SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
8 FOR THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT REAL TIME CRIME
9 CENTER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS,a study of the operations of the Little Rock Police Department(LRPD)Real Time Crime
12 Center has determined that new technology for a Software Management System would be essential for a
13 more efficient and productive way of compiling data for the Police Department; and,
14 WHEREAS, vendor selection was made through the utilization of the Sourcewell Contract No.
15 081419-SHI for the purchase and service of equipment, software, integration, installation, and training to
16 provide the LRPD Real Time Crime Center with the Software Management System for a contract term of
17 one(1)-year with the City's option to renew the term two(2)times in one(1)-year increments; and,
18 WHEREAS,the amount of the purchase shall not exceed One Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand,Nine
19 Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars ($128,937.00), plus applicable taxes and fees, with funding available from
20 the available in the Seized Funds Account No. 270529-G3514.
21 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
22 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
23 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Fusus,LLC., in an amount not
24 to exceed One Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand,Nine Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars($128,937.00),plus
25 applicable taxes and fees,for the purchase and service of equipment, software, integration, installation,and
26 training to provide the Little Rock Police Department Real Time Crime Center with the Software
27 Management System for a contract term of one(1)-year with the City's option to renew the term two (2)
28 times in one(1)-year increments.
29 Section 2. Funding to purchase technology and services required to equip and operate the Real Time
30 Crime Center and to outfit the designed workspace in the LRPD Headquarters Building was approved in
31 Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 15,702 (June 7, 2022). Funds for the annual payment required pursuant
32 to the agreement authorized by this ordinance is available in the Seized Funds Account No. 270529-
33 G35148.

1 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
2 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
3 resolution.
4 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
5 the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
