'fir. Mara.k made a motion that tie petition be approved; seconded by

filling station. ??ovever, he said that he would not change the struc-

he plans to bqild a place for was'-.i_ng =:n.: greasing. Mr. Green sai._ that
the filling station w<.s -n a co!,--ercial area and that his buildi-_a was
non-conforring . Ile said there were no protests.
Mr. Bal,_win made a motion tint the ;petition he approved; seconded
by Mr. Yarak. The noti on carried.

Mr. Pendergraft was not present at the �--ewsting. The board members
discussed the rap that Mr. Stephens had attached to the petition. There
was some discussion as to Mr. Pendergrafts exact plan about,hia entrances
and also the authority,of the Board of Adjustments related to,the Dill
of Assurance on the property. Lfter a great deal of discussion and check
on the Dill of Assurance the T.emhers of the board voted to approve the
petition.

variation of zoning requirements to alter non-conrbrm-
ing building.
Mrs. Pope was present and stated that she planned to raise the roof
on her house. This would not change the number of rooms or the floor
space in the `souse. The bui11di;g is two stories high and Viere are two
families living in it at the.present time. '-frs. Pape stated thvt at the
present th1 re isn't any attic space in the budding but by raising the
roof it would take care of it. There were no protests. The members
voted to approva the .-.etition, with thek understanding that there would
be no change in the number of rooms and the floor space and that only
the roof would be raised.
The meeting was adjourned.
