mr. Green was present and stated that he planned to remodel his
filling station. However, he said that he would not change the struc-
ture of the present building. lie said that the st_tion is made cf brick
nov but that he f1anned to remodel 8 wooden shed on the rear and also
he plans to build a, place fo'r ' washl.ng at d greasing. Mr. Green ssi�� that
the filling station was nn a com-erciaa<l area and that his building was
non -conforming. Be said there were no protests.
Mr. Baal :win made a motion twit the retition be apprnVed; seconded
by Mr, Mar>aak. The moti on carried.

Mr. Pendergraft was not -resent at the - sting. The board members
discussed the nap that Mr. w�tephena had attached to the petition. There
was some diseussion an to fir. Pendergrafts exact plan a3hout„ his antrozees
and also the authority of the %T and of Adjustments related to this Rill
of Assurance on the property. After a4 great deal of discussion and check
on they Bill of Assurance the -n:,eambers of the board voted to approve the
petition.

Mrs. Pope was present and stated that she planned to raise the roof
on heir house. This would not chaanve the number of rooms or the floor
space in the ' ousas. The bui'di g is two stories high and V-ere are two
ftyifllies living in it at the present time. Mrs. Pope stated th-t at the
present the -re Isn't any attic space in the building but by raising the
roof it would take ca17-e of it. There were no protests. The members;
voted to approva the petition, with the understanding that there mould
be no change in the nlmnber of roora.� and the floor space and that only
the root' would be raised.
