The Board of & ustme�Lt met 'in the Mayor's Conference Room, City
Hall, Monday, ra w', 1951, at 2100 P. M.-, with the following
members presents
Mr. Louis Tarlowski
Mr. Marren Baldwin
Mr. W. H. Marak
Mr. Marren Baldwin was acting Chairman.
Docket No. 54-51 -Ales. Winifred C. Pope, 2122 Mock Street,
described as Lot S, and Block 411, DuValis Addition, zoned
"BO Residence District; requesting- variation of zoning re-
quirements to alter nob -conforming building.
There was no one present to represent this petition. Mr,* Stephens
explained to•the members what Mrs. Pope proposes to do.: However, the
board members wanted to have Mrs. Pope present to ask some questions.
Mr. Tarlowski made a motion that the petition be deferred and was sec-
onded by Mr. Marak. The motion. carried.
Docket No. 55-51 - G. 11% Wood, 206 South Izard Street,
described as Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 254, Original City
Addition, zoned "D" Apartment District; requesting waiver,
of yard space and 2 buildings on 1 plot in order to extend
structure on rear of property.

Docket No. 57-51 - Gaines Street Baptist Church, - 6615
Gaines Street, by 0. A. Cates, described as hots 3 and

and "C" Two -Family District; req►4psting, waiver of yard

Mr. €, A. Cates was presant'to represent this petition. He stated
that the extension would be on the back' of the lot on Gaines. He said
that there was a residence on .ho froilt t'^e lot which was owned by
