OF THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Board of Adjustment net in the Council Chamber, City Hall, Monday August
lb, 1954 at 2:00 P. If.,, with the following members present:
Mr. Warren Baldwin, Chairman
Docket No. 46-54 - Dr. Charles P, Wickard, 5800 Hawthorne Road, described
as Lot 11, Forest Heights Place, zoned "A" One Family District; requesting
a waiver of rear yard space in order to permit addition of carport to the
existing house.
Dr. Wickard was present and presented his plans showing proposed improvements.
He plans to convert a present garage attached to his house into a playroom and add
a carport to the rear of this. In doing this the rear of the structure will be
nearer to the rear property line than the stoning Ordinance permits, therefore,
Dr. Wickard is requesting a waiver to enable him to proceed with construction.
There were no objectors.
Mr. Baldwin then informed Dr. Wickard that a quorum must consist of three
members and since he was the only member there the other members would have to be
polled to express their feeling and vote on the matter.
There being no further business, the meeting then adjourned.
