Mr. Swaim said that -this variance had been discussed at the time of their
acceptance of an "E-1" classification for this site, but since the actual develop-
ment of the property had been delayed so long, the Staff thought it best to make
a new application, properly notify all adjacent property owners and have the
assur•anc that there would be no difference of opinion about it. To utilize this
site over the period of time that they expect to use it, he said, this variance
becomes necessary to them.
Mr . Meek explained that this Variance became necessary because the en'gineer's
survey was in error 10 feet showing the depth of the lot to be 150 feet instead of
140 feet which -it act-ually is.
Mr. Farrell requested' Mr. Swaim that as many trees be preserved as possible,
especially along Kavanaugh Boylevard as it is extremely important to keep these
trees. Mr. Swaim agreed to comply with this requirement.
A motion was made that the application be a22roved as submitted, which was seconded

is 18 feet wide and all traffic is one-way as is true of all existing buildings.
Mr. Taylor pointed out that building #3 (the northeast building) is 31 feet from the
