Mr. Dreckling briefly reviewed the application m d said Mr. Thalheimer had met all the require- ments of the Boav as set out at the meeting on October 16, 1961. Mr. Thalheimer said the addition would be in keeping, archi- tecturally, with the rest of his house, thst it will be only one story, brick veneer front with the other walla ®f glass. It will be nine feet from the property line instead of the original twelve feet. In executive session Mr. Meeks moved it be approved provided the front is brick v neeradq Mr. Anderson seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Page 2 of 2 Mr. Breckling told the Board that the Planning Commission had advertised a public hearing on their request for setbacks in the "I" and "J" Light and "K" Heavy Industrial Districts and the amount of area which could be covered by building, to be held on November 9, 1961. Mr. Breckling asked the Board for their opinion concerning these setbacks. An informal discussion was held.
