LETTER OF OBJECTION
written to the church,
land for parking; that
removed from Kavanaugh,
A letter had been received from Mrs. Ruth Boensch,-objecting to
the use of the parking lot of ';the Central Church of Christ by the
Pleubel Funeral Homes. She wanted to know why she and her neighbors
were not consulted before permission was given to allow the funeral -
home to :use it?
In executive session Mr. Breckling said this was the only letter
of objection which had been received. The Board felt that the parking
situation in this area is very bad and is expected to get worse when
the Baptist Hospital expanas.
Mr. Lyons asked if a public heari'ag on this would be necessary?
Mr. Breckling said he did not think it would be necessary just to
amend the original decision.
Mr. Lyons instructed the staff to notify Mrs. Boensch that the
final disposition of this matter would be made at the next meeting on
April 17, 1961 and that she and the other property owners were invited
