Jack Young A quorum was present and the meeting was called to order. A -motion was made to approve the minutes of the last meeting. The motion was seconded and carried unanimously. Mr. Ricks was present. He stated "B" Street is closed at this point. He has put in a unitary sewer and paved the alley. There are �6 apartments in the proposed building. In Executive Session Mr. Lyons made a motion to approve the waiver provided Ise complies with the parking, screening and paving requirements of t1he parking ordinance and that a foot bridge be constructed across the drainage ditch in accordance with the design require- ments set down by the Public Works Department. In Executive Session Mr. Lyons made a motion to approve this waiver. Mr. Kuehnert seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. item No. 7 .. Approval of Development plan by George Dowling for Tanglewood Shopping Center. -4- Mr. George Dowling and Mr, Corstance were decided that Mr. Dowling, Mr, Carter, Mr. representative of the Highway Department to w out the items in question.
