Mr. Lyons made a motion to approve the waiver provided the front

accordance with the parking ordinance requirements. Mr. Kuehnert
seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.

point. He has put in a unitary sewer and paved the alley.
There are �6 apartments in the proposed building. In Executive
Session Mr. Lyons made a motion to approve the waiver provided

of t1he parking ordinance and that a foot bridge be constructed
across the drainage ditch in accordance with the design require-
ments set down by the Public Works Department. Mr. Kuehnert
seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
