There being a quorum present, the meeting was called to order by the Chairman at
2:00 P. M.
Action was taken as follows:

Description: Lots 9,10, 11, Block 4, Fitzgerald's Addn.
Classification: "C"-Two-family District
Variance: Requests Variances as follows:
(1)-From the Use Provisions of Section 43-4
of the Code of Ordinances to permit parking
in residential zone
(2) From the Front Yard Open Space Provisions
of Section 43-21-(H)(b) of Code of Ordinances
to permit parking in front yard space
There was no one present to represent the petitioner. The requested Variances are
necessary because of the need for additional parking area which the expansion program
of the Church necessitated.
A motion was made for approval of the application for Variances requested to permit
