( 3 ayes - 1 absent - Chairman did not vote) Staff Recommendation: The applicant filed a rezoning applica- tion for the December 6, 1973 Planning Commission meeting, at which meeting -the Commission deferred action until such time as the applicant completed an appeal to the Board of Adjust- ment. The rezoning petition requested "I" Industrial usage of the site. However, the Commission and Staff felt that Board of Adjustment review was the proper route. The applicant submitted a site plan after the mailing of the agenda and recommendations. - 2 -- Summary of Board of Adjustment Meeting January 21 1974 The Staff has reviewed this plan and recommends approval of the application provided: 1. Applicant constructs a 6 ft. opaque permanent type wood fence on south and east property lines of Tr. 4. 2. Construct 4 ft. opaque permanent wood fence on west line of Tr. 4. 3Q Building to be reversed and redesigned to back build- ing to south property line. 4. Tr. 1 on West 65th Street to be used for parking only. 5. No junking or salvaging on premises, only in and out service or mechanic work performed. 6. No body or paint work. 7. Compliance with all other ordinance requirements, parking, paving, landscaping, etc. There were no objectors present at the meeting and the Staff recommendation was acceptable to the applicant.
