A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD
OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed or reappointed as members of
the Arts Center Board of Trustees:
Curt Bradbury, reappointed to serve his first full four -year term, said term expiring on June
30, 2009.
Joseph Hurst, Jr., reappointed to serve his second four -year term, said term expiring on June
30, 2009.
Gladys Whitney, reappointed to serve her second four -year term, said term expiring on June
30, 2009.
Barbara Hoover, appointed to serve an unexpired term of Susan Pfeifer, said term expiring on
June 30, 2006.
Bryan Jeffrey, appointed to serve his first full four -year term, said term expiring on June 30,
2009.
John Bailey, appointed to serve his first full four -year term, said term expiring on June 30,
2009.
Daryl Bassett, appointed to serve his first full four -year term, said term expiring on June 30,
2009.
Cindy Feltus, appointed to serve her first full four -year term, said term expiring on June 30,
2009.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
