AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM
VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF
CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A
VARIANCE TO ALLOW DOUBLE FRONTAGE LOTS FOR
THE KANIS VILLAGE SUBDIVISION - PRELIMINARY
PLAT (5- 1484), LOCATED SOUTH OF KANIS ROAD, JUST
EAST OF MICHAEL DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of
the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Kanis Village Preliminary
Plat (5 -1484) as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31- 232(d) for the Kanis Village Subdivision Preliminary Plat; Tracts D, E and F
to allow double frontage lots.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
