3 A RESOLUTION TO SET SEPTEMBER 6, 2005, AS THE DATE
4 OF HEARING ON THE PROPOSED USES OF 2006 CDBG,
5 HOME AND ESG FUNDING; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, federal regulations require that a public hearing must be conducted
8 on the proposed uses of 2006 CDBG, HOME and ESG funds the City anticipates
9 receiving from the Department of Housing and Urban Development;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
11 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. The public hearing regarding the proposed uses of 2006 CDBG,
13 HOME and ESG entitlement funds will be held at six o'clock on the 6th day of
14 September, 2005.
15 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in
16 the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in
17 a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation
18 in the City of Little Rock.
