2 A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO HARRIS
3 CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT FOR STREET AND DRAIN
4 RECONSTRUCTION OF HOLT STREET (42ND TO 44TH
5 STREET)CONSTRUCTION PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
6 Whereas, Bids were solicited for the street and drain reconstruction of Holt Street
7 (42nd to 44th Street), Bid No.05 -29; and
8 Whereas, Harris Construction Management submitted the lowest responsible
9 bid;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
11 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
13 Harris Construction Management for street and drain reconstruction of Holt Street
14 (42nd to 44th Street), Bid No.05 -295.
15 Section 2. 2005 CDBG funds are available for street and drain reconstruction of
16 Holt Street (42nd to 44th Street) are available in CDBG- C04 -G590. Amount of
17 construction services: $196,667.35 ($178,788.50 plus 10% contingencies).
18 Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date
19 of its adoption.
