3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND RE-
4 APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS
5 AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 AGE-FRIENDLY LITTLE ROCK COMMISSION:
12 Catherine Bays,appointed to serve her first Ward 3 term, said term to expire on May 21, 2024.
13 Alfreda Brown, appointed to serve her second four (4)-year term, said term to expire on May 21,
14 2024.
15 Beverly Dunaway,appointed to serve her second four(4)-year term, said term to expire on May 21,
16 2024.
17 ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES:
18 Odell Nickelberry, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Patrick O'Sullivan, said term to expire on
19 June 30,2023.
20 ARTS & CULTURE COMMISSION:
21 Colin Thompson,appointed to fill the unexpired Cultural Institution term of Denise Ennett, said term
22 to expire on April 2, 2021.
23 CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEM BOARD OF TRUSTEES:
24 Judge Audrey Evans, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on
25 December 31,2023.
26 Dr. Karama Neal, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on December
27 31,2023.
28 Marilyn Porter, appointed to serve her second three (3)-year term, said term to expire on December
29 31,2023.
30 LITTLE ROCK CITIZEN'S REVIEW BOARD:
31 Derrick Smith, appointed to serve his second three (3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on
32 December 17, 2023.
33 LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT COMMISSION:
34 Tiffany Mays O'Guinn, appointed to serve her first five (5)-year Qualified Elector of Municipality
35 term, said term to expire on December 31,2025.

2 to expire on December 31,2025.
3 Patrick Schueck, appointed to serve his first five (5)-year Qualified Elector of Municipality term,

5 LITTLE ROCK SUSTAINABILITY COMMISSION:
6 Sheridan Richards,to fill the unexpired term of Brittany Nichols, said term to expire on February 5,
7 2022.
8 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
9 phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
10 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall
11 remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or
12 unconstitutional was not originally a part of the resolution.
13 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are
14 inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such
15 inconsistency.
