4 AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED
5 BARK AVENUE, LLC, PCD, LOCATED AT 7820 CANTRELL ROAD (Z-
6 1528-A), LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
7 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR
8 OTHER PURPOSES.

10 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
11 ARKANSAS.
12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from C-3,
13 General Commercial District,to PCD, Planned Commercial District:
14 Z-1528-A: Described as the east ten (10)feet of Lot 8,ALL of Lots 9, 10, 11, 12,and
15 the west thirty (30) feet of street (closed) lying adjacent to and immediately east of
16 said Lot 12, and the south ten (10) feet of an alley (closed) lying adjacent to and
17 immediately north of the east ten (10) feet of Lot 8, Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, and the west
18 thirty (30) feet of the closed street lying adjacent to Lot 12. All located in Block 22,
19 Bellevue Addition to the City of Little Rock,Pulaski County,Arkansas.
20 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as presented to the Little Rock
21 Planning Commission.
22 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Bark Avenue,LLC,PCD, located
23 at 7820 Cantrell Road (Z-1528-A), is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time
24 specified by Chapter 36,Article VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances.
25 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval.
26 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
27 Arkansas,and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
28 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
29 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
30 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
31 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
32 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
33 ordinance.

1 Section 7. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
2 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
