AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM
VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF
CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A
VARIANCE TO ALLOW A REDUCED LOT WIDTH AND A
VARIANCE TO ALLOW A REDUCED LOT AREA FOR
THE GLEN VALLEY SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAT
(S- 1397), LOCATED EAST OF GOOCH ROAD AND WEST
OF HEATHERBRAE PHASE III.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of
the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Glen Valley Subdivision
Preliminary Plat (5 -1397) as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31 -232 (a) to allow lots to develop with a reduced lot width and lots to develop
with a reduced lot area; Lot Lots 1 and 2 of the Glen Valley Subdivision Preliminary Plat.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
