3 A RESOLUTION TO SET JUNE 1, 2021, AS THE DATE OF PUBLIC
4 HEARING ON THE APPEAL OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S
5 RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL OF A PLANNED ZONING
6 DISTRICTG TITLED BARK AVENUE, LLC, PCD, LOCATED AT 7820
7 CANTRELL ROAD, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
8 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, a notice of appeal has been filed as a result of the action of the Little Rock Planning
11 Commission's recommendation of denial of a Planned Zoning District titled Bark Avenue, LLC, PCD,
12 located at 7820 Cantrell Road, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The hearing on the notice of appeal of the denial shall be held at a meeting of the Board of
16 Directors that will start at 6:00 PM on the 1st day of June 2021, at the Robinson Center, William Grant
17 Still Ballroom,426 West Markham Street,Little Rock,Arkansas.
18 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
19 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
20 County,Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas.
21 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
22 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
23 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
24 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
25 resolution.
26 Section 4. Repealer. All resolutions, bylaws, and other matters inconsistent with this resolution are
27 hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
