13 WHEREAS, the applicant proposes to re-establish the previously -approved Little Rock, Arkaiji,;l„
14 Ordinance No. 21,368 (March 7, 2017) Planned Development for Lot 1, Wellington Park—PD-O, located at
15 2113 Wellington Village Road; and,
16 WHEREAS, the previously -approved PD -O, Planned Development — Office, application expired on
17 March 7, 2020, three (3) years after the ordinance approved the development; and,
18 WHEREAS, the applicant proposes to re-establish the PD -O just as it was approved in 2017.
19 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
20 ARKANSAS.
21 Section 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, Ordinance No. 21,368 (March 7, 2017) is hereby
22 amended to approve and re-establish the zoning classification of the following described property be
23 changed from Revised PD -O, Planned Development — Office, to Revised PD -O, Planned Development —
24 Office:
25 Z -4807-R: Lot 1, Block 19, Wellington Park Addition, City of Little Rock, Pulaski
26 County, Arkansas.
27 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little
28 Rock Planning Commission.
29 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Lot 1 Block 19, Wellington Park
30 Revised Short -Form PD -O, located north of Wellington Village Road, just east of the Kirk and Wellington
31 Village Roads intersection (Z -4807-P), is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time
32 specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances.
33 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval.

Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to affect and designate the change provided for in Section ] hereof.
Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
