3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH CENTRAL ARKANSAS MITIGATION
5 BANK, LLC, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY-FIVE
6 THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE, AND 75/100 DOLLARS
7 ($55,579.75), FOR STREAM AND WETLAND MITIGATION CREDITS
8 FOR THE PRATT REMMEL ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND;
9 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

1 1 WHEREAS,bids were solicited for Stream and Wetland Mitigations Credits, Bid No. 1006, which is
12 a condition for issuance of a Corps of Engineers Permit for the Pratt Remmel Road Improvement Project;
13 and,
14 WHEREAS, Central Arkansas Mitigation Bank, LLC, was the lowest responsive, responsible bid
15 meeting specifications.
16 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
17 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
18 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Central Arkansas
19 Mitigation Bank,LLC,for Stream and Wetland Mitigation Credits for the Pratt Remmel Road Improvement
20 Project, in an amount not to exceed Fifty-Five Thousand, Five Hundred Seventy-Nine and 75/100 Dollars
21 ($55,579.75).
22 Section 2. Funding for this and the Pratt Remmel Road Project is from a grant through the Delta
23 Regional Authority, with local funds match from Pulaski County and City of Little Rock. The Little Rock
24 share is from the Job Recruitment/Economic Development set-aside from the 3/8-Cent Capital
25 Improvement Sales and Compensating Use Tax.
26 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
27 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be'invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
28 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
29 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
30 resolution.
31 Section 4. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
32 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
