19527ORDINANCE NO. 19,527 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR DAVID O. DODD ROAD BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a five year deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for Kenwood Subdivision on David O. Dodd Road, west of I -430. Subsection a. Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct roadway improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan will be deferred for a period of five (5) years, or platting of phase six (6), or until adjacent development, or development across David O. Dodd Road occurs which ever occurs first. The specific deferral is for improving David O. Dodd Road from the east property line to the northern radius of the curve to minor arterial standards including widening, curb, gutter, sidewalk, access ramps, improving curvature, and street lights. Subsection b. Installation of sidewalk, curb, gutter, access ramps, widening, and street lights will be required for David O. Dodd Road from the northern property line to the northern radius of the curve prior to platting the next phase of lots. SECTION 2.
