AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED NATIONAL HOME
CENTER REVISED LONG -FORM PCD (Z- 4933 -G),
LOCATED AT 15707 CHENAL PARKWAY, LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
17,008 AND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 17,008 adopted on November 21, 1995, be
amended to provide for modification of the Planned Zoning Development described as
National Home Center Revised Long -form PCD (Z- 4933 -G);
SECTION 2. That the zoning classification of the following described property
be changed from C -3 and PCD to Revised PCD:
Lot 1, One Source Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas (Plat D-
730), Records of Pulaski County Arkansas located in part of the North '/z
of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 6, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County
Arkansas.

Part of the North '/z of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 6, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Starting
at the Northwest corner of said Section 6; thence South 86 °15'08" East
along the North line of said Section 6 a distance of 535.93 feet; thence
South 02 °20'32" West a distance of 703.22 feet to a point on the North
right of way line of Chenal Parkway; thence continuing South 02 °20'32"
West a distance of 150.50 feet to a point of the South right of way line of
Chenal Parkway; thence along said south right of way line on a curve to
the right having a radius of 1387.80 feet and a chord bearing and distance
of South 60 °02'09" East a distance of 10.29 feet; thence continuing along
said South right of way line South 59 °58'25" East a distance of 113.29
feet to the point of beginning said point being the Northeast corner of Lot
1, One Source Addition (Plat D -730); thence continuing along said South
right of way line South 59 °55'05" East a distance of 178.99 feet; thence
South 19 °45'07" West a distance of 249.99 feet to the lot line of said Lot
1, One Source Addition; thence North 65 °13'53" West along said lot line
of said Lot 1 One Source Addition a distance of 200.02 feet; thence North
24'45'13" East along said lot line of said Lot 1 One Source Addition a
distance of 265.61 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.115 acres
more or less (total of 5.749 acres).
SECTION 3. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as
recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission.
SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for National
Home Center Revised Long -form PCD (Z- 4933 -G), located at 15707 Chenal Parkway is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36,
Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until
the final approval of the plan.
SECTION 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item,
sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid
or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
ordinance.
SECTION 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same
that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the
extent of such inconsistency.
