RESOLUTION NO. 12,266
3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO
4 REALLOCATE ONE HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
5 ($115,000.00) FROM THE 2004 BOND PROJECT'S INTEREST /RESERVE
6 ACCOUNT TO THE FIRE STATION 19 RENOVATION ACCOUNT;
7 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
9 WHEREAS, the 2004 Capital Improvement Bond issue approved by the voters of
10 the City of Little Rock provided funds for the renovation of twenty of the City's fire
11 stations, and
12 WHEREAS, Fire Station #19 was one of the stations included for the
13 improvements as part of the renovation project, and
14 WHEREAS, Phase I renovation was completed on Fire Station #19 last year and
15 Phase II work will complete renovation of the station, including completion of the
16 station's mold remediation, and upgrade of the kitchen and amenities, dormitory,
17 office, restroom upgrade, and related facilities.
18 WHEREAS, reallocation of One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($115,000.00)
19 from the 2004 Bond Project's Interest /Reserve Account to the Fire Station 19 Renovation
20 Account will ensure that the Renovation Account will be funded at a level to complete
21 renovation of Fire Station 19.
22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
23 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
24 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the City Manager to
25 reallocate One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($115,000.00) from the 2004 Bond
26 Project's Interest /Reserve Account to the Fire Station 19 Renovation Account.

1 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
2 clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
3 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
4 portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
5 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
6 resolution.
7 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that
8 are inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent
9 of such inconsistency.
