AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM
VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF
CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A
VARIANCE TO ALLOW THE CREATION OF A LOT
WITHOUT PUBLIC STREET FRONTAGE FOR THE
CANDLEWOOD EAST SUBDIVISION REPLAT LOT 4.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of
the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Candlewood East
Subdivision Replat Lot 4 as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31 -231 for the Candlewood East Subdivision Replat Lot 4, to allow the creation
of a lot without public street frontage; Lot 4B.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
