AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM
VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF
CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A
VARIANCE TO ALLOW THE CREATION OF PIPE STEM
LOTS AND A VARIANCE TO ALLOW AN INCREASED
LOT DEPTH TO WIDTH RATIO FOR THE VILLAGES OF
WELLINGTON PHASE 12 REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT,
(5- 1042 -00) LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
OF BLACKBURN DRIVE AND LONGWELL LOOP.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That variances from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of
the Code of Ordinances are granted to provide for variances of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Villages of
Wellington Phase 12 Revised Preliminary Plat, (S- 1042 -00) located on the Southeast
corner of Blackburn Drive and Longwell Loop as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31- 232(f) for the Villages of Wellington Phase 12 Revised Preliminary Plat, (S-
1042-00) located on the Southeast corner of Blackburn Drive and Longwell Loop, to
allow Lots 26 and 27 to develop as pipe stem lots.
Subsection B. That variances are granted from provisions of Chapter 31, Section
31- 232(b) for the Villages of Wellington Phase 12 Revised Preliminary Plat, (5 -1042-
00) located on the Southeast corner of Blackburn Drive and Longwell Loop, to allow
Lots 23 — 25 to develop with an increased lot depth to width ratio.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
