19476ORDINANCE NO. 19,476 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 18,079, REVOKING A PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED STARMAX SHORT -FORM PCD (Z -6699) LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF RAHLING ROAD AND CHAMPLIN DRIVE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, on August 3, 1999, Ordinance No. 18,079 was passed by of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas which established a Planned Commercial District titled Starmax Short-Form PCD located on the Southeast corner of Rahling Road and Champlin Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas; and WHEREAS, on October 13, 2005, the applicant submitted a request that the Planned Commercial District be revoked and the previous zoning of "C -1" Neighborhood Commercial District be restored. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 18,079 is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat approved by Ordinance No. 18,079 is hereby revoked. SECTION 3. That the PCD classification of the property described as Lot 3, Champlin Drive Commercial Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas is revoked and the former "C -1" Neighborhood Commercial zoning classification is restored on the official zoning map. SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 3 hereof. SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its passage and approval. SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
