AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN CONSTRUCTION
REQUIREMENTS FOR STANNUS ROAD
AND 41sT STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
five year deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for Affirmative
Risk Management at 4016 Stannus Road.
Subsection a. Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct roadway
improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan will be deferred for a
period of five years or until adjacent development occurs. The specific deferral is
for widening and improving to commercial street standards Stannus Road and 41St
Street.
Subsection b. A dedication of right -of -way 25 feet from centerline and
installation of sidewalk and access ramps will be required for Stannus Road and
41 St Street with construction plans approval.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
