A RESOLUTION TO SET FEBRUARY 21, 2006, AS THE DATE OF
HEARING ON THE PETITION TO ABANDON AN ALLEY RIGHT-
OF-WAY LOCATED NEAR 2901 SOUTH MAIN STREET, IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AS PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the
Board of Directors vacate and abandon an alley right-of-way located near 2901 South
Main Street, as public right-of-way, pursuant to its general police power authority
under Ark. Code Ann. �14-54-104, in the City of Little Rock.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned

right-of-way shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on the 215� day of February, 2006.
16 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in

the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in
a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation
in the City of Little Rock.
