6 PROPERTY LOCATED AT 112 WEST 13TH STREET IN THE CITY OF
7 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
8 MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
9 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS,Ordinance No. 16,532 was passed on December 7, 1993, rezoning the property located
12 at 112 West 13th Street from HR, High Density Residential,District(a zoning designation which was later
13 converted to UU, Urban Use District)to PCD, Planned Commercial District, establishing the Abernathy-
14 Curtis Short-Form PCD; and,
15 WHEREAS,the property owner has requested that the PCD be revoked and the prior UU zoning be
16 restored; and,
17 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission by a vote of 9 ayes, 0 nays and
18 2 absent, at its July 16, 2020, meeting has recommended that the Abernathy-Curtis Short-Form PCD be
19 revoked and the property reclassified to UU.
20 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
21 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
22 Section 1. That Ordinance No. 16,532 is hereby repealed, removing from the Official Zoning Map
23 the classified PCD, Planned Commercial District, titled Abernathy-Curtis Short-Form PCD and the UU,
24 Urban Use District,zoning is restored to the property described as 112 West 13th Street to the City of Little
25 Rock,Arkansas.
26 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
27 Arkansas,and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
28 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
29 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
30 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
31 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
32 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
33 ordinance.

1 Section 4. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
2 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
