3 A RESOLUTION TO RATIFY APPOINTMENTS TO THE LITTLE
4 ROCK ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION COMMISSION; AND FOR
5 OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1. The following named individuals are hereby appointed as a member of the Little Rock
10 Advertising and Promotion Commission:
11 Nick Roye,appointed to serve his first four(4)-year Industry Representative term, said term to expire
12 on May 1,2024.
13 Pamela Smith, reappointed to serve her second four (4)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on
14 May 1,2024.
15 Section 2. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
16 with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
