A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO
TOWNSHIP BUILDERS CONSTRUCTION, INC.
FOR KAVANAUGH (UNIVERSITY TO
MCKINLEY) STREET CONSTRUCTION
PROJECT
WHEREAS, Bids were solicited for the street reconstruction of Kavanaugh (University
to McKinley), Bid No.05 -339.
AND, Township Builders Construction, Inc. submitted the lowest responsible bid,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
Township Builders Construction, Inc. for street reconstruction Kavanaugh (University to
McKinley), Bid No.05 -339.
SECTION 2. 2004 Bond Funds are available for Kavanaugh (University to McKinley)
are available in 314 - 220 -SR16 with supplemental funding 314- 220 -SR08. Amount of
construction services: 462,319.00 ($420,290.00 plus 10% contingencies).
SECTION 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
adoption.
