3 AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
11 Z-3821-A: Described as the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
12 Quarter of the Southwest Quarter(N1/2 SW '/4 SW 'A SW '/4), Section 1,Township 1
13 South, Range 13 West, in Pulaski County, Arkansas: From R-2, Single-Family
14 District,to C-1,Neighborhood Commercial District(10217 Chicot Road).
15 LESS AND EXCEPT
16 The north twenty (20) feet of the above described property shall be zoned OS,Open
17 Space District.
18 Section 2.That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock
19 and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect
20 and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
21 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
22 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
23 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
24 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
25 ordinance.
26 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
27 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
