3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN IN THE GEYER
4 SPRINGS WEST PLANNING DISTRICT (LU20-15-01), FROM
5 SUBURBAN OFFICE AND RESIDENTIAL LOW TO NEIGHBORHOOD
6 COMMERCIAL AND PARK OPEN SPACE AT 10217 CHICOT ROAD;
7 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use Plan and now
10 recommends it for adoption.
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
12 OF LITTLE ROCK:
13 Section 1. Located in Geyer Springs West Planning District, 10217 Chicot Road, the Land Use Plan
14 is changed from Suburban Office (SO) & Residential Low (RL) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC) and
15 Park Open Space(PK/OS)as shown on the attached graphic.
16 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
17 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
18 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
19 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
20 ordinance.
21 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
22 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
