3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND LITTLE ROCK, ARK., REV. CODE
4 CHAPTER 30 (1988), TO PROVIDE FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER
5 STREET PLAN RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR
6 SOUTH UNIVERSITY AVENUE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
9 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
10 Section 1. Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide for a deferral of certain
11 requirements within the Master Street Plan along South University Avenue for the Mini-Warehouse
12 Conditional Use Permit(Z-4578-B), located at 1203-1205 South University Avenue.
13 Section 2. Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to dedicate right of way to the requirements of
14 the Master Street Plan will be deferred along the east side of South University Avenue until such time as i)
15 the exterior wall configuration of the existing building is changed;or ii)the existing building is demolished
16 and a new building constructed. The specific deferral is for dedication of right-of-way of width of
17 approximately nine(9) feet in width for approximately 370 linear-feet on South University Avenue for the
18 frontage of the property which is part of the Mini-Warehouse Conditional Use Permit(Z-4578-B), located
19 at 1203-1205 South University Avenue. At time of right-of-way dedication, the row of vehicular parking
20 along South University Avenue for this property will be located within the public right-of-way.
21 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
22 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
23 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
24 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
25 ordinance.
26 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
27 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
